The Force USA MyRack Hammer Grip Chin-up Bar allows for a variety of grips so you can easily perform the following exercises:

- Semi-Supinated Pull-ups
The Hammer Grip Chin-up Bar is bolted flush to the support brackets with industrial-grade hardware, so there’s no movement and a massive weight capacity of up to 880 lb per grip.
Exclusively compatible with the Force USA MyRack.
*Please note: When the Hammer Chin-up Bar is used with the cable crossover, it must be attached inside of your MyRack
